QuatroVest, Inc. is a unique company providing affordable luxury living to students and young professionals wishing to reside near the University of Arizona. Both partners in QuatroVest grew up together in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. With extensive backgrounds in real estate, construction and property management, they possess the special skills that set QuatroVest apart from the competition. Living in Tucson and working in the industry they have “the something special” that you don’t get from out of state owners, big corporations and low bid contractors and property management companies.

Property acquisition, planning and development, and construction are all done in house. This combined with our own on-site management and maintenance personnel allows us to provide luxury living at reasonable costs. Since we design it, we build it, we own it, we manage it and we maintain it, we can do it better for less. With long-term ownership in mind, we build it better to start with. All of the properties that we build have a custom home feel with recessed lighting, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom, and private security systems. Our properties feature quality fixtures and faucets, “Decora” rocker switches throughout, upgraded appliances with washers and dryers, and high quality finishes including architectural concrete floors on many ground floor units with travertine stone and upgraded carpeting upstairs.
