I absolutely love living in the 4th Avenue townhomes. It has everything my roommate and I were looking for: close to the University, spacious bedrooms with our own bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. It takes 4 minutes to drive to the U of A, and 10 minutes to bike there. I also love that there is no carpet to take care of! It's a quiet neighborhood, and is close to everything we need. It has been really great living here for the past two years, and we never want to move!
